Hilary to attend National Youth Science Forum!
Year 11 student, Hilary Grover, has been selected to attend the 2010 National Youth Science Forum.
St Catherine's VCE student Hilary Grover will have the opportunity to learn from Australia's leading scientists when she attends the 2010 National Youth Science Forum in Canberra in January.
Hilary is one of only 24 Victorian students selected to attend the 12 day Forum, designed to inspire, inform and challenge tomorrow's leaders in science.
During the two week program held at The Australian National University, Hilary will visit research and laboratory facilities in an area of scientific interest, will work and talk with practising scientists and engineers about their work and will participate in a range of science forums, debates and seminars.
From biomedical to forensics, chemistry to environmental, Hilary is thrilled to be attending the Forum which will expand her knowledge and open her eyes to the vast career possibilities in the science field.
