Eleanor Taylor wins French Competition
Eleanor Taylor’s developed French language skills have seen her take out equal first prize in the Alliance Française Berthe Mouchette competition.
St Catherine's is thrilled to announce that Eleanor Taylor in Year 12 has been awarded equal first prize in this year's Alliance Française Berthe Mouchette competition - written examination.
Competing against students from 100 schools in Victoria, Eleanor was selected to sit a second examination in the finals and went on to win first prize - a magnificent achievement!
The Alliance Française Berthe Mouchette competition required students to complete a writing task and a listening and reading comprehension task in French.
Eleanor will be awarded her prize at a special ceremony to be held at the Glen Eira Town Hall in November.
