The St Catherine's School Foundation

The St Catherine's School Foundation

The St Catherine's School Foundation is a body of recognition which acknowledges those members of the School community who have given $10,000 or more to the School. It is not the fundraising body of the School but works with the Development Office to:

  • Maintain a register of those who donate to the School at the appropriate level
  • Honour and recognise members
  • Organise activities for members
  • Provide input and advice to the School as appropriate on fundraising
  • Report to members and to the School community from time to time on fundraising activities.

In 2009 we welcome a new President of the Foundation, Mrs Anne Court (Lowry '57). Anne finished school in 1958, was a School prefect, Captain of Kilbride and Baseball Captain. She was President of the St Catherine's Old Girls' Association (1972 -1973). Four generations of her family have attended St Catherine's School.

There are 190 members of the Foundation, comprising current parents, Old Girls, past parents and members of the wider School community. Members are presented with a sterling silver pin in acknowledgement of their generous support of St Catherine's School.
